Mango Quality: Quality Assessment Kit
This case study forms part of the overarching 2017-2019 ACIAR Mango Agribusiness Research Program
This mango quality assessment kit was developed under the ACIAR research activity project Enhancing mango fruit quality in Asian mango chains (AGB/2016/009). This project was co-led by the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries, Queensland, and Griffith University with partner country engagement from Cambodia, Indonesia, Pakistan, the Philippines and Vietnam. The aim of the project was to enhance common understanding in assessment and improvement of mango quality.
