Introduction to Sensory Evaluation 

An introduction into sensory evaluation and rapid assessment of organoleptic qualities. Participants gained an understanding of the basic sensory responses of the human sensors of visual, sound, aroma, taste and texture. This session included a participatory activity of the five basic tastes.
